Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • ½ teaspoon onion powder

  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough (about 8 biscuits)

  • ¼ cup butter, melted

  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic

  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Cook the beef:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat.

  • Season the filling:
Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir in the shredded cheddar until melted and combined. Remove from heat.

  • Prepare the biscuits:
Flatten each biscuit to about ¼ inch thick. Add around 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture to the center.

  • Form the bombs:
Fold the dough up around the filling and pinch the edges to seal. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.

  • Add garlic butter topping:
Mix the melted butter with minced garlic. Brush it generously over the tops.

  • Finish with Parmesan:
Sprinkle grated Parmesan over each one.

  • Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown.

  • Rest and serve:
Let them cool for 5 minutes, then garnish with fresh parsley. Enjoy warm!

Notes

  • Don’t overfill the dough — it may burst open while baking.

  • Extra cheesy? Add a small cube of cheddar inside each bomb for a gooey center.

  • Swap-ins: Ground turkey or chicken also work well.

  • Make ahead: You can prep the filling earlier and chill it for faster assembly.
