These Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are soft, golden biscuit bites filled with juicy seasoned beef and melted cheddar cheese. Finished with a buttery garlic-Parmesan topping, they’re easy to make and always a crowd-pleaser — great for game nights, parties, or a fun family snack.
1 lb ground beef
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough (about 8 biscuits)
¼ cup butter, melted
2 tablespoons minced garlic
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cook the beef:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Season the filling:
Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir in the shredded cheddar until melted and combined. Remove from heat.
Prepare the biscuits:
Flatten each biscuit to about ¼ inch thick. Add around 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture to the center.
Form the bombs:
Fold the dough up around the filling and pinch the edges to seal. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
Add garlic butter topping:
Mix the melted butter with minced garlic. Brush it generously over the tops.
Finish with Parmesan:
Sprinkle grated Parmesan over each one.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Rest and serve:
Let them cool for 5 minutes, then garnish with fresh parsley. Enjoy warm!
Don’t overfill the dough — it may burst open while baking.
Extra cheesy? Add a small cube of cheddar inside each bomb for a gooey center.
Swap-ins: Ground turkey or chicken also work well.
Make ahead: You can prep the filling earlier and chill it for faster assembly.
