  • 23 chicken breasts or chicken tenders

  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

  • ½ cup all-purpose flour

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise

  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce

  • 12 tbsp sriracha (adjust to taste)

  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar

  • Slider buns

  • Lettuce, pickles, and other toppings (optional)

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken

    • If using chicken breasts, slice into pieces that fit the slider buns.

    • Season with salt and pepper.

    • Dredge each piece in flour, dip in the beaten egg, and coat with panko breadcrumbs.

  2. Fry the Chicken

    • Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.

    • Fry chicken pieces 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.

    • Drain on paper towels.

  3. Make the Bang Bang Sauce

    • In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and rice vinegar.

    • Stir until smooth and creamy. Adjust sriracha for preferred spice.

  4. Assemble the Sliders

    • Place lettuce and a pickle slice on the bottom half of each slider bun.

    • Add a piece of crispy chicken and drizzle with Bang Bang sauce.

    • Top with the bun and serve immediately.
