If you love all the flavors of a juicy cheeseburger but want something fun, bite-sized, and perfect for sharing, these Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are it! Each fluffy biscuit is stuffed with seasoned ground beef and melty cheddar, then brushed with buttery garlic-Parmesan goodness. They’re ideal for parties, snacks, game day, or quick family dinners.
1 lb ground beef (80/20 recommended)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits per can)
2 tbsp butter, melted
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Let ground beef sit at room temperature for 10–15 minutes for even cooking.
Open the biscuit dough and separate the biscuits.
Heat a skillet over medium heat.
Add the ground beef; season with salt and black pepper.
Cook 5–7 minutes, breaking it into crumbles, until no pink remains (160°F internal temp).
Drain excess grease.
Stir in garlic powder and ½ cup of the cheddar cheese until melted.
Remove from heat and let the mixture cool slightly.
Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch circle with your hands or a rolling pin.
Add 1 tablespoon of the beef mixture into the center.
Top with 1 tablespoon shredded cheddar.
Place another flattened biscuit on top and press edges firmly to seal.
Repeat until all bombs are assembled.
Place bombs seam-side down on an ungreased baking sheet, leaving space between each.
Bake 15–20 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
Mix melted butter, Parmesan cheese, and garlic powder.
Brush generously over the hot cheeseburger bombs right after baking.
Seal well! Pinch edges tightly so cheese doesn’t leak out during baking.
Don’t overfill—too much beef or cheese makes it hard to seal.
For extra flavor, add minced onion or Worcestershire sauce to the beef.
Swap cheddar for pepper jack for a spicy kick.
Serve with ketchup, ranch, or burger sauce for dipping.
