1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
4 large eggs
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Preheat oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish.
Mix eggs and milk: In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Add cheese and spinach: Stir in the cottage cheese, chopped spinach, mozzarella, and Parmesan until evenly combined.
Bake: Pour the mixture into the prepared pie dish and bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the quiche is set and lightly golden on top.
Cool and serve: Let the quiche cool for a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
Extra flavor: Add sautéed onions, mushrooms, or a pinch of nutmeg for added depth.
Cheese swap: Try feta or Swiss cheese instead of mozzarella for a different flavor profile.
