Instructions

  1. Marinate the Chicken:
    In a large bowl, whisk together lime juice, olive oil, garlic, cumin, chili powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken thighs and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 8 hours.

  2. Cook the Chicken:

  4. Warm the Tortillas:
    Heat corn tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for 20–30 seconds per side, until pliable and slightly toasted.
