4 sub rolls (6 inches each)
4 oz salami, sliced
4 oz pepperoni, sliced
4 oz ham, sliced
4 oz provolone cheese, sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 medium tomato, sliced
1 cup shredded lettuce
1. Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Prepare the Sandwiches
Slice each sub roll open without cutting all the way through. Layer salami, pepperoni, and ham inside each roll.
3. Add Toppings
Place provolone cheese on top of the meats, then add sliced tomato and shredded lettuce.
4. Season and Bake
Drizzle olive oil over the sandwiches and sprinkle with dried oregano. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 10–15 minutes, or until the cheese melts and the bread is golden brown.
5. Serve
Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, slice into portions if desired, and serve warm.
For extra flavor, add a little banana pepper or roasted red pepper inside the sandwich before baking.
To make these sandwiches ahead of time, assemble them and refrigerate; bake just before serving.
You can substitute provolone with mozzarella or cheddar for a different cheesy twist.
