This Buffalo Chicken Flatbread is the ultimate combination of spicy, tangy, and creamy flavors—perfect for game day, parties, or even a quick weeknight dinner. The bold kick of buffalo sauce is balanced with melty mozzarella and cool blue cheese dressing, all baked onto a crisp flatbread.   • 2 flatbreads (about 14.5 oz total)

  • 2 tsp light olive oil

  • ½ cup buffalo wing sauce (plus extra for topping, if desired)

  • 1 ½ cups diced cooked chicken (about ¾ lb)

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • ⅓ cup blue cheese dressing

  • ⅓ cup sliced green onions (about 3)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Prepare flatbreads: Place flatbreads on the baking sheet and lightly brush the edges with olive oil. Bake for 5 minutes, until just warmed and slightly crisp.

  • Add toppings: Spread buffalo sauce evenly over each flatbread. Sprinkle diced chicken and mozzarella cheese on top. Drizzle with blue cheese dressing.

  • Bake: Return to oven and bake for 12–15 minutes, until edges are golden and cheese is bubbly. For extra browning, place under the broiler on high for 1–2 minutes.
