Perfect for game day, parties, after-school snacks, or quick appetizers, they come together fast using simple pantry ingredients.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

  • ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • ½ cup mini pepperoni slices

Most of these are pantry staples, making this recipe perfect for quick cravings.

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat and Prep

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) or your air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2: Make the Garlic Butter

In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Set aside.

Step 3: Prepare the Dough

Separate the biscuit dough and gently flatten each piece into a small round.

Step 4: Fill

Add a small pinch of shredded mozzarella and a few mini pepperoni slices to the center of each dough round.

Step 5: Seal

Pinch the edges together tightly to seal the filling inside. Roll gently into a smooth ball.

Step 6: Bake or Air Fry

Place pizza bombs seam-side down on the baking sheet. Brush the tops with the garlic butter mixture.

  • Bake: 12–15 minutes, until golden brown

  • Air Fry: About 8 minutes, until crispy and cooked through

Step 7: Serve

Let cool slightly, then serve warm with marinara sauce, ranch dressing, or garlic dip.

Notes

  • Don’t overfill the dough or it may burst open while baking.

  • For extra cheese pulls, use whole-milk mozzarella.

  • Add a sprinkle of Parmesan on top before baking for extra flavor.

  • Want variety? Swap pepperoni for cooked sausage, ham, or veggies.
