1 pound raw jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons steak seasoning
Chef knife
Cutting board
Large bowl
Bamboo or metal skewers
Air fryer
Prepare the Steak & Shrimp
Pat steak dry with paper towels and cut into 1-inch cubes.
Pat shrimp dry as well.
Season
In a large bowl, combine steak, shrimp, olive oil, and steak seasoning. Toss until evenly coated.
Assemble Kabobs
Thread steak and shrimp onto skewers, alternating pieces if desired.
Air Fry
Place kabobs in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Cook at 400°F (205°C) for 3 minutes per side, or until shrimp are opaque and steak reaches your preferred doneness.
Serve
Serve immediately with rice, vegetables, or a fresh salad.
Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket—cook in batches if needed.
Even sizing helps steak and shrimp cook at the same rate.
Add bell peppers, onions, or zucchini for extra color and flavor.
