Ingredients

Scale

Buffalo Chicken Filling

  • 9-pack slider buns

  • 1½ cups cooked shredded chicken

  • ½ cup Frank’s Buffalo hot sauce

  • 2 tablespoons ranch dressing

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

  • ¼ teaspoon paprika

  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a blend)

Garlic Butter Topping

  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

  • ¼ teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×9-inch baking dish or sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Mix the Chicken Filling
In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Mix until evenly coated.

  3. Assemble the Sliders
Place the bottom halves of the slider buns in the prepared dish. Evenly distribute the buffalo chicken mixture over the buns, then sprinkle cheese on top. Cover with the top buns.

  4. Prepare the Garlic Butter
In a small bowl, mix melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Brush generously over the tops of the buns.

  5. Bake
Cover the dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 5–10 minutes, until the tops are lightly golden and the cheese is fully melted.

  6. Serve
Slice into individual sliders and serve immediately while hot.

Notes

  • Use rotisserie chicken for quick prep and extra flavor.

  • Adjust the heat: Add extra buffalo sauce or a pinch of cayenne for more spice.

  • Cheese options: Pepper jack adds heat, while mozzarella keeps it mild and melty.

  • Extra crunch: Add thinly sliced celery or onions before baking.

  • Serving idea: Pair with celery sticks, fries, or extra ranch or blue cheese dressing.
