Sliders:

  • 9-pack slider buns

  • 1 ½ cups shredded chicken

  • ½ cup Frank’s Buffalo hot sauce

  • 2 tbsp ranch dressing

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ¼ tsp paprika

  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Garlic Butter:

  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ¼ tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×9-inch baking dish or baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, hot sauce, ranch dressing, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until well combined.

  • Place the bottom halves of the slider buns on the prepared baking sheet.

  • Divide the chicken mixture evenly among the buns and top each with shredded cheese. Place the top halves of the buns over the filling.

  • In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Brush the tops of the buns with the garlic butter.

  • Cover the baking sheet with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 5–10 minutes, or until the buns are lightly golden and the cheese is melted.

  • Serve immediately while warm with your favorite sides or dipping sauces.

Notes

  • For extra spice, add a few dashes of hot sauce to the garlic butter.

  • You can make these sliders ahead of time, assemble them, and refrigerate before baking. Add 5 extra minutes to baking if chilled.

  • Swap cheddar cheese for pepper jack for an extra kick.
