  • 1 tablespoon milk

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  • 1 tablespoon butter

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat, melt butter, and scramble the eggs until just set. Remove from heat.

  • Unroll the crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles.

  • Place a spoonful of scrambled eggs and a sprinkle of cheese at the wide end of each triangle.

  • Lay 1 sausage link on each and roll up tightly.

  • Arrange roll-ups on the baking sheet with the seam side down.

  • Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until golden brown and flaky.

  • Let cool slightly. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • Add veggies! Try adding diced bell peppers or green onions to the eggs for extra flavor.

  • Spice it up: Use spicy sausage or add a dash of hot sauce for a kick.

  • Cheese swap: Mozzarella, Monterey Jack, or pepper jack taste great too!

  • Make ahead: Prep and bake, then cool and refrigerate. Reheat in the air fryer or oven for a quick breakfast all week.
