  • 6 fully cooked breakfast sausage links

  • 4 large eggs

  • 1 tbsp milk

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat & Prep

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2: Scramble Eggs

In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and scramble the eggs until just set. Remove from heat.

Step 3: Assemble Roll-Ups

Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles.
Place a spoonful of scrambled eggs on each triangle and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
Place a sausage link on top and roll up from the wide end, sealing the edges.

Step 4: Bake
