1 lb sausage (Italian or chicken)
2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
¼ cup honey
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Prepare Ingredients: Peel and cube the sweet potatoes.
Cook Sausage: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add sausage and brown for 5–7 minutes.
Add Sweet Potatoes: Stir in cubed sweet potatoes and cook for another 5 minutes.
