  • 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed

  • ¼ cup honey

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Peel and cube the sweet potatoes.

  2. Cook Sausage: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add sausage and brown for 5–7 minutes.

  3. Add Sweet Potatoes: Stir in cubed sweet potatoes and cook for another 5 minutes.

  4. Make Sauce: In a small bowl, mix honey, garlic, soy sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper. Pour over the sausage and sweet potatoes.

  5. Simmer: Cover and simmer for 10 minutes, or until sweet potatoes are tender.
