These Keto Cheesy Chicken Fritters are crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside, and packed with cheesy, garlicky flavor. They’re perfect as a quick snack, easy lunch, or even a low-carb dinner. Made with simple keto-friendly ingredients, these fritters come together fast and cook beautifully in the air fryer—no deep frying required!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken (or minced chicken breast)

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (or cheddar, Monterey Jack, or blend)

  • ¼ cup almond flour

  • 1 large egg

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced (or 1 tsp garlic powder)

  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

  • 2 scallions (green onions), finely chopped

  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

  • Oil spray

Instructions

  • If using whole chicken breast, cut into chunks and pulse in a food processor until coarsely minced.

  • Transfer chicken to a bowl. Add almond flour, egg, shredded cheese, garlic, parsley, scallions, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and pepper.

  • Mix until well combined.

  • Lightly spray the air fryer tray or basket with oil.

  • Scoop the mixture using an ice cream scoop or spoon and place on the tray. Gently flatten each scoop into a fritter shape.

  • Spray the tops lightly with oil.

  • Air fry at 380°F (193°C) for 15 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

  • Serve warm, garnished with extra green onions if desired.
