Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • ½ teaspoon onion powder

  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough (about 8 biscuits)

  • ¼ cup butter, melted

  • 2 tablespoons finely minced garlic

  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Cook the Beef
In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula. Drain excess fat.

  • Season and Add Cheese
Stir in salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Add shredded cheddar cheese and mix until melted and evenly combined.

  • Prepare the Dough
Roll each biscuit out into a circle about ¼ inch thick.

  • Fill and Shape
Place about 2 tablespoons of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each biscuit. Fold edges over the filling and pinch to seal, forming a ball. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.

  • Garlic Butter Topping
Mix melted butter with minced garlic. Brush generously over each bomb.

  • Add Parmesan
Sprinkle grated Parmesan evenly over the tops.

  • Bake
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

  • Garnish and Serve
Let rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.

Notes

  • Don’t overfill: Too much filling can cause leaks.

  • Seal tightly: Pinch dough seams well to keep the cheese inside.

  • Add-ins: Try cooked bacon bits, diced onions, or jalapeños for extra flavor.

  • Dipping sauces: Serve with ketchup, ranch, garlic aioli, or barbecue sauce.
