1 lb ground beef
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
1 package crescent roll dough (8-count)
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
1. Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
2. Cook the Beef
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it up with a spoon. Drain any excess fat.
3. Make the Filling
Add cream cheese, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Cook for 2–3 minutes, stirring until the cream cheese melts and everything is well combined.
4. Assemble the Bites
Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into triangles. Spoon some of the beef mixture into the center of each triangle. Fold the dough over the filling to form a small pocket.
5. Bake
Place the filled crescents on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with melted butter. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown.
6. Serve
Serve warm and enjoy your cheesy, savory party bites!
For extra flavor, sprinkle a little shredded cheddar cheese inside each pocket before baking.
You can swap ground beef for ground turkey or chicken for a lighter option.
Make ahead: Prepare the bites, refrigerate, and bake just before serving.
