Delicious Homemade Dominos Parmesan Bread Bites

Delicious Homemade Dominos Parmesan Bread Bites

These Homemade Domino’s Parmesan Bread Bites are warm, fluffy, buttery, and loaded with cheesy, garlicky flavor. They taste just like the popular Domino’s version — maybe even better — and they’re incredibly easy to make at home using simple ingredients. Serve them as a snack, appetizer, or side dish for pizza night!

Ingredients

  • Pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)

  • Freshly grated Parmesan cheese

  • Garlic powder

  • Olive oil

  • Italian seasoning

Instructions

1. Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. Cut the Dough

Roll out the pizza dough and cut into 2-inch bite-sized pieces.

3. Make the Cheese Coating

In a bowl, mix together:

  • Parmesan cheese

  • Garlic powder

  • Italian seasoning

4. Coat the Dough Bites

Brush each dough piece lightly with olive oil.
Roll them in the Parmesan seasoning mixture until fully coated.

5. Bake

Place the coated dough bites on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and slightly crispy on the edges.

6. Serve

Let cool slightly, then serve warm with marinara sauce, garlic butter, or ranch dressing.

Notes

  • Use fresh Parmesan: It melts and sticks better than pre-shredded varieties.

  • Don’t skip the oil: It helps the Parmesan adhere and gives the bites a golden crust.

  • Customize the flavors: Add chili flakes, oregano, or even a sprinkle of mozzarella.

  • Make them buttery: Brush with melted garlic butter right out of the oven for extra richness.

  • Make ahead: Prep the dough pieces and seasoning mix in advance for quick baking later.
