Ingredients

Scale
  • 1216 frozen ravioli (any filling)

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (Italian seasoned preferred)

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

  • 2 eggs, beaten (or non-dairy milk alternative)

  • Cooking spray or olive oil

  • Marinara sauce, for serving

Instructions

Air Fryer Method

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In one bowl, place beaten eggs (or milk). In another bowl, mix breadcrumbs with Parmesan.

  3. Dip each frozen ravioli into egg mixture, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.

  4. Lightly spray air fryer basket. Arrange ravioli in a single layer and spray tops lightly.

  5. Cook for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.

Oven Method

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Bread ravioli as instructed above.

  3. Place on parchment-lined baking sheet and drizzle lightly with olive oil.

  4. Bake for 15–20 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden.

Notes

  • Avoid overcrowding to ensure crispiness.

  • Add garlic powder, Italian seasoning, or red pepper flakes to breadcrumbs for extra flavor.

  • Fresh ravioli cooks faster than frozen—check early.

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
