This Crispy Parmesan Chicken is golden, crunchy, and topped with a creamy garlic sauce that’s full of flavor. For the Chicken:

  • 4 small to medium chicken breasts (or 2 large, halved)

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

For the Creamy Garlic Sauce:

  • 34 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup light or heavy cream

  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning or oregano

  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated

  • 1 cup chopped spinach (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Chicken
Season the chicken on both sides with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and crispy. Remove from skillet and set aside.

2. Make the Creamy Garlic Sauce
Lower the heat to medium. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 30 seconds. Pour in the cream, stirring continuously. Add Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese, stirring until smooth. Stir in chopped spinach, if using, and simmer for 2–3 minutes.

3. Combine and Serve
Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, spooning sauce over the top. Simmer for 1 minute to heat through. Serve hot with your choice of pasta, roasted vegetables, or mashed potatoes.
