3.4 lbs baby back pork ribs
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon black pepper
⅔ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon chili powder
2 teaspoons Creole seasoning
1 teaspoon chicken bouillon powder
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 tablespoon paprika
1–2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1 lemon (½ for washing, ½ for marinating)
Prepare the Ribs
Rinse ribs with half of the lemon, then pat dry with paper towels.
Cut Into Pieces
Using a sharp knife, cut ribs into individual portions with one bone per piece.
Season
Place ribs in a large bowl. Add all seasonings, baking powder, olive oil, vinegar, and remaining lemon juice. Toss well until ribs are evenly coated.
Air Fry
Place ribs in the air fryer basket in a single layer (do not overcrowd).
Cook at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes, turning halfway through.
Check & Crisp
If needed, add a few extra minutes or increase temperature slightly for extra browning.
Serve
Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve hot with your favorite sides.
Don’t overcrowd the air fryer—cook in batches for even cooking.
Marinate longer (30–60 minutes) for deeper flavor.
Use baking powder for extra crispy skin.
Adjust seasoning to taste, especially salt, since some blends contain sodium.
