Ingredients

  • 12 oz fettuccine or spaghetti

  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 cups heavy cream

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tsp salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook Pasta – Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve 1 cup pasta water, drain, and set aside.

  2. Make Garlic Sauce – In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 min).

  3. Add Cream & Cheese – Stir in heavy cream and simmer 5 min. Add Parmesan, salt, and pepper, whisking until smooth and creamy.

  4. Combine – Toss pasta in the sauce, adding pasta water little by little until perfectly silky.

  5. Serve – Garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan. Serve warm.
