2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie works great)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
4 oz cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp mayonnaise
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp salt (to taste)
¼ tsp black pepper
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup fresh spinach leaves
1 medium tomato, diced
2 green onions, sliced
Optional Add-Ins: diced jalapeños, hot sauce, cilantro, or additional shredded cheese
In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, mozzarella, cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir until creamy and well blended.
