  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • ½ cup cream cheese, softened

  • ¼ cup sour cream

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

  • 4 large flour tortillas

  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves

  • ½ cup diced tomatoes

  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley (optional)

  • Olive oil, for cooking

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella, cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined.

  • Lay the tortillas on a clean surface and divide the chicken mixture evenly, placing it in the center of each tortilla.

  • Top with spinach leaves and diced tomatoes. Sprinkle with parsley if using.

  • Fold in the sides of each tortilla, then roll tightly to form wraps.

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat with a drizzle of olive oil. Place wraps seam-side down and cook for 3–4 minutes until golden. Flip and cook another 3–4 minutes.

  • Remove from the skillet, let cool briefly, slice in half, and serve warm.
