2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup cream cheese, softened
¼ cup sour cream
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup fresh spinach leaves
½ cup diced tomatoes
¼ cup chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Olive oil, for cooking
In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella, cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined.
Lay the tortillas on a clean surface and divide the chicken mixture evenly, placing it in the center of each tortilla.
