This BLT Wrap takes the classic bacon, lettuce, and tomato combination to a whole new level by adding marinated tomatoes and a creamy flavored mayo. It is quick, fresh, and satisfying — perfect for lunch, meal prep, or a light dinner. Every bite delivers crisp bacon, juicy tomatoes, and crunchy lettuce wrapped in a soft tortilla.

For the Wraps

  • 4 low-carb wraps (or any tortilla of choice)

  • 3/4 cup shredded lettuce

  • 12 bacon strips, cooked until crispy and crumbled

For the Tomato Marinade

  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar

  • 1/4 cup olive oil (extra virgin recommended)

  • 3 large beefsteak tomatoes, thinly sliced

  • Salt to taste

  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste

For the Secret Sauce

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

Instructions

Step 1 — Cook the Bacon

Heat a skillet over medium heat.
Cook bacon until crispy, flipping as needed.
Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to remove excess grease.

Step 2 — Marinate the Tomatoes

Thinly slice tomatoes and place them into a shallow dish.
Add olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and pepper.
Gently coat all tomato slices in the mixture.

Step 3 — Make the Flavored Mayo

Add mayonnaise to a small dish.
Spoon in 1 tablespoon of the tomato marinade (olive oil + vinegar + juices).
Stir until smooth and creamy.

Step 4 — Assemble the Wraps

Lay one wrap flat on a plate.
Spread 1 tablespoon of flavored mayo across the surface.
Layer with shredded lettuce, 3 strips of bacon, and 3 slices of marinated tomato.

Step 5 — Roll and Serve

Roll wrap tightly to secure the fillings inside.
Slice in half if desired and serve immediately.
