Quick, flavorful, and unbelievably tender — these Lemon Garlic Butter Salmon Bites are the easy weeknight meal you’ll want to make on repeat. Serve them over rice bowls, salads, or roasted veggies for a protein-packed dish ready in just 20 minutes!
1 lb skinless salmon filet, cut into 1-inch cubes
½ tsp kosher salt
¼ tsp black pepper
3 tbsp melted butter
1 tbsp lemon juice
3 garlic cloves, minced
Place salmon cubes into a mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper and toss gently to coat.
Pour melted butter, lemon juice, and minced garlic into the bowl. Toss until salmon is well-coated.
Line the air fryer basket to prevent sauce from dripping.
Arrange salmon bites in a single layer (cook in batches if necessary).
Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 5–7 minutes until lightly crisp outside and flaky inside.
No flipping or shaking required!
Transfer salmon bites to plates or bowls and spoon any remaining garlic butter over the top. Serve immediately with your choice of sides.
Whole30 / Dairy-Free Option: Use ghee or olive oil instead of butter.
Crispier Texture: Add an extra 1–2 minutes in the air fryer.
Flavor Variations: Swap lemon for lime and add chili flakes for heat.
Perfect Pairings: Rice bowls, green salads, quinoa, roasted veggies, or tacos.
