  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon sea salt

  • ½ teaspoon paprika

  • ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper

Optional Toppings

  • Fresh parsley, minced

Instructions

  1. Wash potatoes well and cut them into wedges. No need to peel.

  2. Place wedges in a medium bowl and coat with olive oil, tossing or brushing to evenly cover.

  3. In a small bowl, mix onion powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, sea salt, paprika, and pepper.

  4. Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the wedges, tossing gently to coat all sides.

  5. Arrange potato wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket, skin-side down if possible.

  6. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 15–18 minutes, shaking or flipping halfway, until golden and tender.
