1 pound potatoes
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon sea salt
½ teaspoon paprika
⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
Optional Toppings
Fresh parsley, minced
Grated Parmesan cheese
Wash potatoes well and cut them into wedges. No need to peel.
Place wedges in a medium bowl and coat with olive oil, tossing or brushing to evenly cover.
In a small bowl, mix onion powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, sea salt, paprika, and pepper.
Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the wedges, tossing gently to coat all sides.
Arrange potato wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket, skin-side down if possible.
Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 15–18 minutes, shaking or flipping halfway, until golden and tender.
Serve immediately and top with Parmesan cheese and parsley if desired.
Even size matters: Cut wedges evenly so they cook at the same rate.
Extra crisp: Soak wedges in cold water for 20–30 minutes, then dry well before seasoning.
Flavor boost: Add chili powder, Cajun seasoning, or smoked paprika for variation.
Don’t overcrowd: Cook in batches if needed for the crispiest texture.
