  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 pound pork tenderloin

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, paprika, chili powder, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  • Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for 5 minutes.

  • Pat pork tenderloin dry and remove the silver skin using a sharp knife.

  • Rub the spice mixture evenly over all sides of the pork.

  • Place pork in the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes.

  • Flip the tenderloin and continue cooking for 8–16 more minutes, until internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
