Air Fryer Parmesan Cauliflower – The Ultimate Crispy, Cheesy, Low-Carb Side Dish

This Air Fryer Parmesan Cauliflower is a quick and flavorful side dish with crispy edges and a tender inside. Tossed in a rich garlic butter parmesan sauce, it’s ready in under 20 minutes and makes a perfect low-carb addition to any meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 head cauliflower (about 4 cups florets)

  • Spray oil

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.

  2. Lightly spray cauliflower florets with oil. Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  3. Place cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Lightly spray again with oil.

  4. Cook for 8 minutes.

  5. Shake the basket well and cook for another 5–7 minutes, until tender inside and crispy outside.

  6. In a bowl, mix melted butter and parmesan.

  7. Toss the hot cauliflower in the garlic parmesan mixture until evenly coated.

  8. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Don’t overcrowd the basket—cook in batches if needed.

  • For extra crispiness, add the parmesan before air frying instead of after.

  • Try adding Italian seasoning or red pepper flakes for more flavor.
