This Air Fryer Parmesan Cauliflower is a quick and flavorful side dish with crispy edges and a tender inside. Tossed in a rich garlic butter parmesan sauce, it’s ready in under 20 minutes and makes a perfect low-carb addition to any meal.
1 head cauliflower (about 4 cups florets)
Spray oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons butter, melted
2 tablespoons grated parmesan
Salt and pepper, to taste
Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
Lightly spray cauliflower florets with oil. Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Place cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Lightly spray again with oil.
Cook for 8 minutes.
Shake the basket well and cook for another 5–7 minutes, until tender inside and crispy outside.
In a bowl, mix melted butter and parmesan.
Toss the hot cauliflower in the garlic parmesan mixture until evenly coated.
Serve immediately.
Don’t overcrowd the basket—cook in batches if needed.
For extra crispiness, add the parmesan before air frying instead of after.
Try adding Italian seasoning or red pepper flakes for more flavor.
