2 lb sirloin steak, cut into 1½-inch by 1-inch pieces
2 tablespoons oil
1½ teaspoons ground black pepper
1½ teaspoons salt
1½ teaspoons soy sauce
Cut the sirloin steak into evenly sized 1½-inch by 1-inch pieces.
In a bowl, whisk together oil, black pepper, salt, and soy sauce.
Add the steak pieces and toss until evenly coated.
