650 g (22.9 oz) sirloin steak (or steak of choice), trimmed and cubed
1 teaspoon sweet paprika
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon onion powder
Pinch of red chili flakes (optional)
Low-calorie cooking spray
2 teaspoons minced garlic (or lazy garlic)
2 tablespoons salted butter, melted
1½ tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (plus extra to garnish)
Season the Steak
Place the steak cubes in a bowl. Add paprika, salt, black pepper, onion powder, and chili flakes. Toss until evenly coated.
Lightly Oil
Spray the steak pieces with low-calorie cooking spray and toss again to coat.
Preheat Air Fryer
Preheat your air fryer to 200°C / 400°F for 5 minutes.
Air Fry
Arrange steak pieces on the air fryer grill plate in a single layer.
Air fry for 6 minutes, turning halfway through.
Save the Juices
Remove steak bites and grill plate, leaving the juices in the bottom of the basket.
Add Garlic Butter
Return steak bites to the air fryer. Add minced garlic, melted butter, and parsley. Toss well.
Final Cook
Air fry for 1–2 more minutes until fragrant and coated in garlic butter.
Serve
Garnish with extra parsley and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed. Enjoy!
Choose the right cut: Sirloin, ribeye, or tenderloin work best.
Don’t overcrowd: Cook in batches if needed for even browning.
Rest briefly: Let steak bites rest for 1–2 minutes before serving to keep them juicy.
Add-ons: A squeeze of lemon or grated parmesan adds extra flavor.
