Air fryer garlic bread is quick, crispy, and incredibly delicious. Made from scratch with simple ingredients, this recipe delivers golden, buttery garlic bread in just minutes. It’s perfect as a side dish with spaghetti or soup, a savory breakfast option, or even a cozy snack with coffee. Once you try it in the air fryer, you’ll never go back to the oven.
4 slices bread
1½ tablespoons butter, softened
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
Fresh parsley, finely chopped
Cheese of choice (mozzarella, cheddar, or parmesan work well)
Preheat the air fryer to 190°C / 380°F.
In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and cheese. Mix well until fully combined.
Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over each slice of bread.
Place the bread slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cook for 6 minutes at 190°C / 380°F, checking halfway through. You may add extra cheese at this point if desired.
Remove once golden and crispy. Serve hot and enjoy.
Extra crispy: Use slightly stale bread for better crunch.
More flavor: Add Italian seasoning, chili flakes, or garlic powder.
Cheese lovers: Mix mozzarella with parmesan for both stretch and sharp flavor.
No burning: Check early if your air fryer runs hot.
