  • 2 ripe avocados, peeled, seeded, and halved

  • ¾ cup seasoned panko bread crumbs

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Avocado oil spray or olive oil spray (optional)

  • Cilantro Lime Crema or favorite dipping sauce (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

  • Season avocado halves with salt and pepper.

  • Press each avocado half into the bread crumbs until well coated on all sides.

  • Lightly spray with avocado oil or olive oil for extra crispiness (optional).

  • Place breaded avocados in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
