Crispy on the outside, warm and creamy on the inside—these Air Fryer Fried Avocados are a quick and delicious snack, appetizer, or light meal. Ready in just 10 minutes, they’re perfect on their own, dipped in a zesty sauce, or even used as a base for chicken salad, tuna salad, or veggies.
2 ripe avocados, peeled, seeded, and halved
¾ cup seasoned panko bread crumbs
Salt and pepper, to taste
Avocado oil spray or olive oil spray (optional)
Cilantro Lime Crema or favorite dipping sauce (optional)
Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Season avocado halves with salt and pepper.
Press each avocado half into the bread crumbs until well coated on all sides.
Lightly spray with avocado oil or olive oil for extra crispiness (optional).
Place breaded avocados in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cook for 6–7 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
Serve warm with dipping sauce or use as a filling base.
Choose avocados that are ripe but still firm so they hold their shape.
For extra flavor, add garlic powder or paprika to the bread crumbs.
Do not overcrowd the basket—airflow helps create a crispy coating.
Serve immediately for the best texture.
