Delicious plain or customized with your favorite seasonings and dipping sauces!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 russet potatoes, sliced into ¼-inch sticks

  • Extra-virgin olive oil, for drizzling

  • Sea salt, to taste

Optional Seasonings & Dips

  • Fresh herbs, chili powder, or chipotle powder

  • Ketchup, mustard, mayo, or chipotle sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C).

  2. Drizzle potato sticks with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, and toss until evenly coated.

  3. Place potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they don’t touch. Work in batches if needed.

  4. Air fry for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.

  5. Once all batches are cooked, return all fries to the air fryer and cook for 1–2 more minutes to warm and re-crisp.

  6. Serve immediately with your favorite seasonings and dips.

Notes

  • Cut potatoes evenly for uniform cooking.

  • Soak sliced potatoes in cold water for 20–30 minutes, then dry well (optional but helps crispiness).

  • Don’t overcrowd the basket—air circulation is key.

  • Add seasonings after cooking to prevent burning.
