Instructions

  1. Peel the bananas and slice them into thin, even rounds (about ⅛ inch thick).

  2. Place the banana slices in a mixing bowl and toss gently with the melted coconut oil until lightly coated.

  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the sugar and cinnamon.
