Ingredients

Scale
  • 1.5 lbs baby potatoes, halved

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • ½ teaspoon paprika (optional)

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Potatoes

    • Wash, scrub, and dry the baby potatoes thoroughly.

    • Cut them in half to ensure even cooking.

  • Season

    • In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, garlic, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, paprika (if using), salt, and pepper.

    • Mix well so all pieces are evenly coated.

  • Preheat the Air Fryer

    • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.

  • Cook

    • Arrange the potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

    • Cook for 15–20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.

  • Garnish & Serve

    • Transfer to a serving dish, sprinkle with extra parmesan and fresh parsley.

    • Serve hot and enjoy.

Notes

  • Dry the potatoes well before seasoning—moisture prevents crisping.

  • Don’t overcrowd the basket; cook in batches if needed.

  • For deeper flavor, add a pinch of garlic powder or red pepper flakes.

  • Finish with a light spray of olive oil during the last few minutes for extra crunch.
