Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 medium Yukon Gold potatoes, washed and quartered

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

  3. Add the quartered potatoes to the bowl and toss until evenly coated with the seasoning mixture.

  4. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the potatoes and toss again to coat.

  5. Arrange the potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket, avoiding overcrowding.

  6. Air fry for 15–20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.

  7. Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

  8. Serve immediately while hot and crispy.

Notes

  • Extra crispy potatoes: Soak the potato quarters in cold water for 30 minutes, then pat dry before seasoning to remove excess starch.

  • Potato swaps: Russet or red potatoes work well if Yukon Golds aren’t available.

  • Flavor boost: Add extra garlic powder, smoked paprika, or a pinch of chili flakes.

  • Serving ideas: Pair with garlic aioli, ranch, or sour cream for dipping.

  • Reheating: Reheat leftovers in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for 3–5 minutes.
