Air Fried Avocado
4 avocados
2 teaspoons taco seasoning
1 ½ cups panko breadcrumbs
Corn tortillas
Optional Toppings
Cilantro Lime Crema
Tomato, diced
Fresh cilantro, chopped
Shredded cabbage
Corn (roasted or fresh)
Lime wedges
Slice each avocado in half, remove the pit, peel, and cut each half into 3 strips (6 slices per avocado).
Lightly season avocado slices with taco seasoning on all sides.
Press each slice into panko breadcrumbs until fully coated.
Place slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 4 minutes, or until crispy and golden. Cook in batches if needed.
While avocados cook, warm tortillas and keep them wrapped so they stay soft.
Assemble tacos by adding 2–3 avocado slices to each tortilla and topping with your favorite toppings.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
Use firm-ripe avocados so they don’t fall apart.
Add a pinch of chili powder or smoked paprika to the breadcrumbs for extra flavor.
For extra crunch, lightly spray avocado slices with oil before air frying.
Try flour tortillas if you prefer a softer wrap.
