  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook egg noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

  2. While the noodles cook, heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook, breaking it up, until fully browned (6–8 minutes). Drain excess fat and transfer beef to a plate.

  4. Gradually whisk in beef broth, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens, about 3–4 minutes.

  5. Slowly whisk in milk and continue cooking, stirring often, until the sauce thickens again, about 5–7 minutes.

  6. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, and salt until well combined.

  7. Reduce heat to low. Add cooked noodles and browned beef to the skillet, stirring until everything is heated through.

  8. Gently stir in sour cream until fully incorporated and creamy.
