2–3 chicken breasts or chicken tenders
½ cup all-purpose flour
1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)
1 cup panko breadcrumbs (extra crunch!)
Salt & black pepper, to taste
Oil for frying
¼ cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
1–2 tbsp sriracha (adjust to taste)
1 tbsp rice vinegar
Slider buns
Lettuce, pickles, or favorite toppings (optional)
If using chicken breasts, cut into slider-sized pieces.
Season both sides with salt and pepper.
Dredge chicken in flour → dip in beaten egg → press into panko breadcrumbs.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Fry chicken 3–4 minutes per side, until golden and cooked through.
Drain on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
Stir together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and rice vinegar.
Taste and adjust spice level to your liking.
Add lettuce and pickles to the bottom of each slider bun.
Place a crispy chicken piece on top.
Drizzle generously with Bang Bang sauce.
Add the top bun and serve immediately while hot and crunchy.
Double Bread for Extra Crunch
Dip twice in egg + panko for a thicker, crispier coating.
Bake or Air Fry Option:
Instead of frying, cook at 400°F (200°C)
Air Fryer: 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway
Oven: 18–20 minutes
Keep Sliders Hot
Assemble just before serving to prevent sogginess.
Add Veggies for Crunch
Shredded cabbage and sliced cucumber are great additions.
