2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour, plus more for dusting
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon kosher salt
2 cups plain nonfat Greek yogurt
1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
Add Greek yogurt and stir until a dough forms.
Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 2–3 minutes until smooth.
Divide dough into 8 equal pieces.
